House of Yes
House of Yes is Yes’s 4th live album (or 6 if you count Keys to Ascension and Keys to Ascension 2 as live album), released in September 2000 as double CD after their 16th album Ladder. The personnel same as the previous, but two new comer guitarist Billy Sherwood and keyboardist Igor Khoroshev who had been fired just befor released the album due to a controversy problem. The rest members who led the band to stardom as Anderson, Howe, Squire and White.
3 of 15 songs’ length are a minite or so, especially over 20 minutes song Ritual was shrunk less than one minute, we should count the songs is 12. Anderson selected 5 trucks from the latest studio album Ladder at the time, but fans and critics reacted coolly against his decision. The album including their past masterpieces as And You and I, Perpetual Change and Round About. The most important song of this album is Owner of a Lonley Herat which was first released as live recorded version and Awaken from Going for the One.
