Recently, significant changes of the environment surrounding for Japanese food, notably the U.S. as typified by Western countries has changed their tooth under the influence of health-conscious.

I already mentiond to the typical food that has been earned so many enthusiast, paticularly, people who live in a metoropolitan area would prefer Japanese food rather than Western is not negligible.

But almost people who like that kind of food wouldn’t know the name “Obento“, it’s called lunch box in the U.S. In fact, Obento and lunch box are two very similar, but different things. What is the best fit word to describe Obento? I think miniascape would match to express the word.  

Japanese people has been often criticized from the others that thoroughness, seriousness and industriousness. To see a dish is to be same thing as appreciation of traditional Japanese beauty when we stimulate its appetite before we eat. Obento is turned out that charactaristic of Japanese.
